1. Right of Withdrawal (Individual Customers)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Opened or unsealed CDs, vinyl records, or cassette tapes

• Worn, washed, or damaged clothing

• Personalized products (e.g. signed limited editions, exclusive pre-orders)

• Downloaded digital products

2. Return Procedure

To request a refund, please:

• Send an email to contact@heidrunproduction.com within 14 days of receiving your order

• Include:

  • Your name and order number

  • The item(s) concerned

  • The reason for return (optional but helpful)

A return address will be provided by email.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Proof of shipment is recommended: returns not received will not be refunded.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of our error (incorrect item or defective product).

Returns sent to relay points or cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.

4. Refund Timeframe

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund:

• Within a maximum of 14 days

• Using the same payment method as the original order (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)

5. Damaged Products or Order Errors

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt

• Send photos of the parcel and the affected product to contact@heidrunproduction.com

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

6. Sale or Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or promotion are refundable under the same conditions as regularly priced items.
