2. Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

7 to 21 business days outside Europe (depending on the destination)
In the event of a stock shortage or exceptional delay, you will be informed by email.
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on the destination, we use the following services:

International carriers (e.g. DHL, UPS)
A tracking number is provided once the parcel has been shipped, except for standard letter shipments.

6. Delays and Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, we will offer a replacement shipment or a refund after a claim has been filed with the carrier.
The minimum time required to consider a parcel as “lost” is:

21 days for international shipments
7. Address Errors or Unclaimed Parcels
Please carefully verify your shipping address before confirming your order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if it is unclaimed, reshipment will be possible at your expense.
No refund will be issued for unjustified returns.

For deliveries outside the European Union:

Take photos of the parcel and the damaged contents
